Thanks for taking the time to meet me! My passion for travel began with an amazing, girl's only trip to Paris many years ago.  It was truly the experience of a lifetime.  After a career in accounting and finance, I knew that being in travel was where I wanted to be, and I wouldn't settle for anything but my own....

My vision for The Red Shoe Travel Co has been completely supported by my family.  My husband, Rich, and our three teenagers, and their input has always been an integral part of our foundation.  I have learned from them all. From naming the company, to logo design, to organizing the office, they have all had a hand in forming and shaping The Red Shoe Travel Co.

I have a passion for helping others find their greatest experiences in life.  I believe that travel is essential to the enrichment of life.... Happy Traveling!

Rich's passion is his family, and spending as much time with them as possible. He enjoys traveling with his family, and enjoys spending a few weekends a year with just him and his wife.

Rich has had an extremely successful career as a  sales representative for high end companies for more than 20 years.  His client are loyal to him, because he is loyal to them.  He believes in service and brings the meaning of service to a whole new level. If it needs to be done, it will be.  He always finds a way to make it happen for the customer.

Michele decided to turn her own passion for cruising into an opportunity to help others realize their passion for cruising.  Michele is a cruise specialist, working especially with groups.  She enjoys treating her group guests to various amenities onboard the ships every chance she gets, whether it is a cocktail party, wine with dinner or on board cruise credits.  Michele also likes to travel with her groups as much as possible to ensure their travels are smooth.

Michele doesn't only work with groups, she also enjoys helping individual cruisers learn about the ship that they will be sailing on and the destinations they will be visiting.

Lisa prefers to refer to herself as a Cruise group Specialist, and has been a professional travel consultant for almost 13 years.  Lisa has worked at both AAA Travel and Sea & Ski Travel for the majority of her travel career, and recently expanded her options and flexibility by joining The Red Shoe Travel Co as an Independent Travel Consultant. 

Lisa's love for travel began very early and quickly became her passion.

Lisa's favorite vacations are ones spent with her family, on board a cruise ship, and it doesn't really matter where they are sailing to! She enjoys the leisurely days at sea and visiting the many different ports, which have so much to offer.  The fantastic entertainment and the fabulous food add wonderfully to Lisa's cruise experience.

 Lisa has lived and worked local to the area for the past 23 years.  She has been married to her husband, Bob, for the past 24 years.  She has one son, who is currently attending Chico State University, and one daughter, who is currently training to provide her services as a 911 dispatcher.
